At RSPECT, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made apparel with attitude and purpose. Your satisfaction matters to us — and we stand behind every product we ship.
🔁 Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original conditionReturn request must be made within 7 days of delivery. Proof of purchase and clear photo of the issue is required.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (if approved), we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
Custom or personalized items (DTF prints, special color combos, limited editions).Items marked Final Sale. Gift cards.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Need to exchange? Contact us at rspect4715@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
