Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after your payment has been confirmed.

Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing.

Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days after processing.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country (usually 7–21 business days).

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic and international orders. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and availability.

Shipping Delays

RSPECT is not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, carrier issues, or events outside our control.

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us, and we’ll assist in tracking or resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. RSPECT is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at rspect4715@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
